Has anyone here separated thier tail light housings from the lenses on the 99-04's? I recently purchased a back up set for my 99 Cobra. I want to redo the housing chrome but the 99-04's don't go together like the 87-93. Is it even possible? I tried the oven thing(with no instructions) on a broken tail light and the lense got too soft before the glue ever let loose. Any ideas?
