Who has the stock style(slash cut) aftermarket tail pipes? I will be getting a new exhaust setup and might want to run it out the back but my tailpipes which i think came with the flowmaster catback on the car look small. Im guessing they are 2.5 inch?

Anyway, post what you got and pictures! Oh yea and price is always good.

I have the 2.5 Mac Chrome tails.... I love the size, but hate the cheap arse chrome coating.

I have Dynomax tailpipes and like them a lot. Im not sure of the exact size, but I love how they stick out past the bumper.

I have the flowmaster catback that I polished the tips on. Looked nice and I like the size of the 2.5" tips... Not the best picture but the best I have...

I have dynomax polished stainless steel tailpipes in 2.5"

I have the flowmaster stainless tips on spintech mufflers. we welded them at a different angle so they clear 11.5 slicks and have the old LX look

I can tell you which tips NOT to get, and that's Magnaflow, my friend had them on a 95 GT and they looked like ass.

those the 3.5" ones, well i suggest 3" but don't really know of any except flowmaster might have some. anyways those 3.5s are too big but i think the 2.5s are a little too small GET 3" TAILS

There is a company called Ractive that sells the tips in different sizes from like 2-4 inches and different styles, you might want to look into those.

I have the mac cat back w/3.5" Chrome tailpipes( not too visible with dirt in this pic, but you can get the idea). They seemed large at first, but now 2.5" pipes look small to me. Nothing stands out more than 3.5"'s of chrome jetting out the back.

Just my opinion

I have to agree with Donjon, 3's would be the perfect size. I think Dynomax makes them in stainless. I have the Dynomax in 2.5, and now wish I had bought the 3 inch pipes. Oh, and just my opinion, I wouldn't get anything that wasn't stainless. I think it just looks better.

The 3" tails look perfect, those 3.5"s imo look truckish and too big. My stock 2.5's look tiny, especially from behind with the 315's.
