taking ou the rear seat

i need to remove the rear seat so get to the 2ed half of the carpet. (i'm replacing the carpet so the old stuff needs to come out) but i'm not sure where to start as far a taking out the rear seat.
what bolts should i start with and where are thay?

Remove the bottom part of the rear seat, for me, I was able to pick up and pull out, once that is done you'll see the bolts explosed to start removing the rest of the back seat.

just get in the car in the back looking towards the seat put both hands on one of the conners of of the bottom seat push foward a little and pull up...do the same to the other side.....

then you will need to take your rear 1/4's out...if its a hatch i think its 4 or 6 screws? in a vert its like 3...

You shouldn't have to remove the entire back seat to place carpet down. In the seating area all that should have to be removed is the bottom part of the seat. As long as you can work around the medal bars that the seat belt is secured to. If not it's two bolts on each bar to remove, if I recall correctly.

As for the back of the seats it's 5 screws on the back of each seat. Than two screws on each side of the hatch carpeting.
