Tankless Water Heaters

Oh... The one I had was made by Rheem. I bought it at Home Depot.

I installed it and roughed in the gas lines and ran the electric. I had the gas people come out and make the actual gas connections and leak checks.

Sadly, we don't have gas run to the house. I'm learning there's not a lot of natural gas options in Florida. Go figure.

I'm hearing the electric ones don't work particularly well, they don't heat the water evenly (especially after a few seconds), and they don't save THAT much money compared to their cost. Well . . . pooh.
