Ok... I'm getting another tattoo and i want it to be a symbol of perseverence but i cant think of or find anything that really symbols perseverence. So what do you guys think would be a good symbol for perseverence.

never been a fan of chinese/japanese/X-ese character tattoos. Just me though.

I don't have any tattoo's, but I'd be afraid someone would tattoo Chinese letters that spelled douchebag or something. Who would know until a Chinese guy walked up to you and started laughing?

I tried looking up the gaelic word for perserverence, but no luck...

yeah i dont want to get a chineese character but just some kinda of symbol doesnt necessarily have to be some kinda of language just a symbol like a heart is a symbol of love.

But yea no problem..

I just looked for symbols.
I'm not a fan of chinese or japanese symbols anyway...one of the reasons for yea how do I know it means what I think it means. Why I just have a turtle right now. Didn't realize it stood for perserverance so that's cool.

I've wanted to get the pony but not sure where I would get it so... I just can't get myself to do the small of my back.

I want the pony, too, but the husband says so I am out of luck on that one. I do have one on the lower back, tho, but not sure the pony would look right there. I thought it would look good right around the hip, if it was small. Where's your other tattoo?

It's on the top of my foot. (decided to add a pic..head is angled to the left) I plan to get three fish next to it too. I love it. Hurt like a B though...but luckily it was quick.

I've found a nice tribal version of the Pony and I love it, and I have seen the pony on a girl's back (it blended yellow, orange, ot red) and looked nice, but I just don't want a tattoo there.
It would look good near the hip too....i'm just not set on it so i'm not gonna get it.

LOL,yeah,it's a bad angle for a pic,a buddy snapped it ,and i didn't even know until he sent it tome via email.And there is lots of black in it do to the Cobra.
