just got word that my racer friend TJ will be in group 4 i think hes taking his srt-4 rather then his 84 civic race car.

So are you going to use you vid camera? If not may I use it?

If you can get that video camera working, Eric, then we should try to get TC to put Keith in group 3. I am totally okay with a video showing you passing me, as long as it captures me passing Keith first.

Why don't you drive in Group 1 so you can pass everyone (hopefully ). That way you can feel really good about yourself.

i think the camera is going to work. im not going to use the remote camera this time. i took some video just now at night and i think it will look good. even though my camera is not night vision equiped

i shot about 15 mins of driving around with the camera on its going to be good. all i had to do was move the mount down so it could shot past the rearview mirror now it can its thursday night is any one going to the friday night meeting. i think i will for nothing else to buy some roll bar padding that new bar is a lot closer then the old one. ofh and my friend is bringing both cars his fast one in a straight line and the other one which you almost dont have to slow for any of the corrners.

I'm going to pass on the class. But then again I was thinking about picking up a neck brace/pad. What's the selection of goodies like at Comp. Motorsports?

That's where I bought my helmet and gloves. They actually had a decent selection of stuff. Looking for the form fitting jumpsuit keith?

that would be an awful late drive just for a class that you dont need. the selection is alright but they are the only shop in portland that sells only racing equipment that i know of

Unfreakinbelievable. I love the weather forecast. It's been rain,rain,rain,rain,rain ... and starting late Saturday night it's gonna be another 40 days & 40 nights... but Saturday is showing dry and relatively warm. Weeeeeeeee! Time to go put the RE070's on...

Too late to jinx it now, the rain has stopped . I would like to do a wet track day soon, however, and pick up some techniques for leveraging the AWD in slick conditions.

well i should not have gone to the class i was stuck in stop and go driving for almost an hour before my coolant resivor on my green car exploded in down town p-town. so i ran the rest of the way to comp motorsports. where one of y friends was there and willing to take me home. so i have to fix that car tomorrow.
