I have a 2000 saleen mustang and my problem right now is that when i brake my left tire rubs against the tirewell. Over time is wasn't this bad but now it's every time i hit a bump it rubs. The car doesn't feel bouncy or anything but now i'm scared the my front strut is going to give out anytime. They have told me that my strut might be leaking but how can i check that? I've also noticed that my car sits lower on the left side (where it rubs) lower than the right side. The right side doesn't rub at all even when i go over bump or brake hard. Also when i purchase my car it was lower than 1 1/2. I'll include a pic of how low it sits.

looks like typical blown shock to me. Take the strut out and press it down. If it comes back smoothly, and consistanly, then its okay>
By the looks of it, you mihght be able to just see if shock is leaking...
