Temp light wont turn off....

Well I got my car back after the fresh rebuild. One thing that is really starting to annoy me is that even before the rebuild the Temp light was always on, Even now the temp light wont turn off. Is there a swtich or something that may have gotten stuck and causes it to stay on? It's on even when I first startup the car when it is cold. So I know something is wrong here.

Check the wiring from the sensor clear back to the light. There could be a short or anything. Even though the sensor is extremely simple, it could be bad.

Pull the wire off of the sensor. If the light stays on, you have a wiring problem. If it goes off, then the sensor needs to be replaced.
