ok, im starting to gather parts to get my interior all back in 1 peice. right now im gonna run the megashifter where its at till i get a center console and update to a pro stick or 1/4 stick. my question is what would be a good temp fix to cover the shifter hole for now? i thought of cutting out a peice of baking sheet and just siliconing around it to seal it up. exhaust fumes kinda suck lol. you guys think that idea will work till i get the right parts or should i make something else to cover the hole?

We have a place called "Oklahoma Rubber"...conveyor belt supplier..

They sell 1/8" thk rubber in misc. sizes, see if you have someone in your area like that and they will most likely sell you a piece of "drop"/scrap for near nothing. Cut to approx. 1" oversize for opening and connect with factory screws, you'll be good for a while.
