Okay, over the past week I noticed that when I turn my car on my temperature gauge goes to the middle, half way between hot and cold. It does this as soon as I start my car, not after its been running or anything. I double checked the wiring but nothing is messed up there. I am guessing my thermostat is hung but am not sure. Has anyone else had this happen or have any other ideas. Its not over heating or anything, just going to that one spot and staying there. I figured I would ask before I went through the trouble of replacing the thermostat. Any ideas?

Engine Suggestions on an engine rebuild. Stock cam/GT40Ps or aftermarket on both for a fun weekend driver?
