Tensioner Pulley Rattle

Hey guys, I've done a large search around here but can't seem to get an exact answer...

I have a rattle coming from from tensioner pulley on my 00 GT...at first I thought it was a lifter but a stethiscope narrowed it down for me...

Now, it doesnt move in and out, just rattles, but not a constant rattle, off beat if that explains it...

I tried looking up the part but I got too many parts to choose from...I want the assembly I guess...non?

When I looked it up I saw left , right, arm and all that...does it come in one package?

Or has anyone else had a problem similar and found a solution?

AutoZone sells them for $14 and they are extremely easy to replace. Do not over tighten the bolt.
