I am having a surge problem at cruising speeds mostly on the highway in 5th gear.I am also having a problem when idling everything fine then the idle will drop about 200 rpm and the car instantly smells rich.I replaced all sensors with the exception of iac,and map and still having the problem.While checking the tfi module 2 days ago a put my hand on the plug where it plugs into the distributor and i could here my fuel pump cycling on and when it did i could watch the fuel pressure rise about 10 psi key on engine off,and then drop again.im wondering if i have a short somewhere or if this is supposed to occur.anyone know???????
