I'm going to be putting together a new motor for my car, and I figured it would be a good time to change my cam. Current cam is 510/534 222/232, I'm using 1.72 rockers, so total lift is .541/.567, similar to TFS Stg 2. I'm concerned that this a little too big. Motor will consist of 306 w/ flat top pistons, Fully ported Eddy Performers, 2.02/1.6, Fully Extrude honed Cobra intake, 9.6:1 comp (est.) and about 10 psi from my S-Trim. Should I just re-use my current cam? I really don't want to do a custom cam at this point. Would I gain anything by going to a TFS stg 1?

I believe my current cam is 112, same as the Stg 1.

Thanks for the reply. I looked that one up, it's very similar to my current cam though. I'm mainly wondering if I would gain anything by going to a smaller cam. Plus I want something that is small enough for me to use with my 1.7 rockers. I think I'll probably just stick with what I've got for now

get the comp cams NX274HR-14 (#35-556-8) thats a nitrous and supercharger cam thats a very very good cam better then that custom! if you use this cam you should put 1.6 rockers beause it has lots of lift...
