Joo no like Pro Teams?

nah, i grew up in panama city, where the nearest pro team is like jacksonville probably..... and so nobody i grew up with cared about pro, and neither did i. i didnt even like college football till late highschool, when i HAD to like it cause i was fixin to go to college. now i follow it religiously, but just never got into the whole pro thing

I grew up LSU and that is where I went to school. My mom went to Louisiana Tech when I was in high school so I tend to keep up with them too.

Funny...my pro loyalties have kind of been around a bit. I've always liked the Dolphins but I followed the Colts when Bert Jones was the QB. After they ducked and ran from Baltimore I hated them. I also liked Pittsburgh in the 70's when Terry Bradshaw was there. Still follow them but not as much as the Dolphins. The Saints have broken my heart too many seasons so I'm sort of jaded but since they are the home team they are the ones I most associate with.

ex-Tennessee and current world champ = Peyton but the latest results from OSU to the NLF have been less than admirable. At least U of M players excell in the NFL quickly

and, sadly, peyton never beat UF.... haha :D

but he's a hell of a pro football player..... but in college, tebow is the man. if he hadnt been injured, that uga game would have been different. he only ran a few times, meaning they didnt have to worry bout it... but it's over with, whatever

i have row 14, 40 yard line tickets for the upcoming vandy homecoming game, i'm happy :nice:

hmmm, i seem to remember osu saying that about the national championship game last year.....

but then, this year, there's no mention of that game in any OSU publication, only that they went undefeated in the pre bowl season....

:D

I seem to remember USC, Michigan and LSU being top teams this year, well awhile ago, now......not so much.

hahahaha, no kidding. i still cant believe the hype matt ryan is getting for his "heisman moment" meaning his 2 (out of 60) minutes of fairly well played football.

IMO, you shouldnt be able to win the heisman based on a good comeback/good bit of play. you have to play well every game, throughout the whole game to be a contender in my book.

Tebow is by far the leader in my book, but if i couldnt vote for him, dennis dixon blows the living poo out of matt ryan. tebow and dixon are both amazing quarterbacks, i just think tebow has the same amount of stats against much harder opponents, so he gets the edge. but since the heisman never goes to a sophomore, and not to mention a guy on a 3 loss team, i'd say dixon for heisman (though tebow deserves it more, IMO)
