The car gods are angry with me!

For the last few weeks after startup until the engine reaches full temp. it stumbles and even feels like it's "stuck" at 1000 rpm even at wot. After a second it jumps to 2000 and winds out. the exhaust note sounds funny and it smells of raw fuel and I mean bad. It seems to be getting worse. I've cleaned out the maf and even tried to adjust the fuel down (lean code).
