My name is Paul, I recently went on a countless rodeo with the dreaded no hazard,brake light or turn signal issue/ no power going to fuse 9. I have dig through massive amount of forums talking about this issue.
Common problem is usually the mulitfunction switch on the steering column goes bad very often. Well, in my case it was not that. It was the fact that the interior lamp fuse(25A) in the power distribution box in the engine bay, was missing. So I attached a diagram from prodemand thanks to work friends who helped me solve this mystery, it hard to read due to, i screenshoted on my phone but it is possible to make out. For anyone who has this issue, don't be afraid to post on this thread.I should be able to help you out.
