The Fox body saleen

Does anybody know how much it is currently for a fox body saleen, and how much horse theycome stock. and where theres a good place to start looking for one. You really never see them for sale.

Un until 1989 they came with stock 5.0 engines, so they made as much HP as the current year 5.0.

In '89 they had a Saleen SSC with 300HP.

After that there were special models with upgraded HP but for the most part most Saleens came with stock 225HP 5.0's

I have a 88 saleen and the motor is the same as all the other 88's but with a K&N filter on it. The good thing about the fox saleen's is the all around disk brakes and the suspension on it. The disk brakes are off of the 86 SVO set up. I got mine on autotrader.com

I remember seeing a SA-10 or something like that. It was going for 50K. Very nice looking car.

The SA 10 is very rare, only the true collector has them. Then there is the 1 SA 5, even more rare.

Expect to pay top dollar for an SSC model. (white with Gray trim and yellow/gray decals)

Other than than those above, average foxes go from around $8000-$20,000. Obviously price depends on mileage, coupe, vert, hatch and condition. Even a crappy one sells for $4500+.

I can give you a number of a guy with 2 of em, he had 4 foxes till he sold one to my friend. He has a white one and a black one, the black one has a carbon fiber hood(don't worry it is painted) and is plain sick, the other one is stock. VERY NICE examples of foxes IMO.
