At this point I don't think it will really matter. Either team will really have to screw up not to make it and the only thing at stake is the location of the first round game. No matter who wins what, the 2nd round games are going to knock either team out in all likely hood. As a Browns fan, I do want them to go as far as they can, but they already exceeded my expectations for the year, so the rest is just gravy. I'm just glad that Dallas is not going to get a good draft choice from our first rounder we gave them to get Quinn last year.

i'm happy for Cleveland. Thats a proud tradition up there and there is nothing worse than seeing a fellow blue coller town have a terrible football team. Gotta keep the rivalry alive!

I am really happy to see the browns doing well. Romeo might have gotten fired if they did not do well this season and I would not want to see that..

Every publication??? the new york newspapers are putting that astrix next to the pats record.. it's childish stupid and silly if you ask me.. Just some NY jealousy because in the last 7 years our teams have been winning and NY teams have not. If the yankees were caught doing somthing in the late 90's the hearld or globe might have done the same childish **** with the MLB standings. So that astrix is a bunch of fanboy crap to make NY readers get a chubby

8 minutes into the first quarter of the first game the camera was removed.. /story if there was any cheating it sure did not happen this year.

I just could not let that one go without comment.. too bad I missed it when it was written and let that linger on here unchallenged and festering as long as it did..

So do the Pats keep playing starters and risk getting injuries to get the undefeated record or do they look at the playoff picture and rest key players?

I would be SHOCKED if they did that to a NY team.. Sure they would talk about it, but try to diminish a so far perfect season for a BS reason.. As I stated earlier they could not have possibly cheated THIS SEASON.. so why the astrix? it's just fanboy hate thats all..

I will go a far to say if the yankees won the WS this year instead of the red sox this astrix thing would have not happend.

Right now Boston is lucky, we are in a winning cycle... Some people want to ruin that for us..

You are right they did soemthing that was illegal, it was something that could have been used to cheat.. but the only problem for trying to attack this years team is it's impossible they cheated with those tapes this season since the tape was taken away before the first quarter was over and the game was close then..

The pats raped the jets in the second half of that game well after the tape and camera were taken away.

from what I understand They had evidence from 2006 season of the same type of recordings from road games..

Meh.. Honesly I'm kinda tired of talking about it... Lets just see how this week in the NFL goes...

IMO.. Giants will poo out and loose to buffalo.. Even if they WIN to buffalo, we all know NE will beat them. In which case inorder to get into the playoffs they will need help..

With the way they have been playing (mid season skid as usual) i hope they miss the playoffs... Whats the point if they are just going to loose in the first round anyways..

They are a product of their coach and their QB, get rid of both and you have a better team. Eli is no franchise QB and Coughlin (SP) IMO is a crappy coach. They have a good defense, they have good offensive weapons. Whats Eli running at as far as TD/INT's this year? I know he had thrown more INTs then TD a few weeks ago, its prob around .500 now. Is that the kind of QB you want to take your team to the playoffs and try and advance further? The problem is N.Y will never get rid of Eli he either has to leave or follow the money once his contract is up. Sorry to say it but as long as he's at the helm that team wont amount to much. Yes there are alot worse QB's out there but in very few cases does he become the better option.

Parker is out for the season. Davenport ran for 124 yds and had two TDs though. If you didn't start Roethlisberger in fantasy all I have to say is....

My Dad was in the front row in the corner of the endzone of Pittsburgh's first TD. I had to sell my two tickets because I couldn't make it to Missouri for the game

Willie out for the year is a big hit. So thats Aaron Smith, Willie parker and who else out for the year in the Baltimore game. Talk about a team limping into the playoffs. Davenport is a good back and if he can stay healthy and thats a big IF they will be alright. Good enough to make it to the second round of the playoffs I think.
