No way Cowher is going there.. He would not want to work under parcells. If Cowher coaches it's going to be in a place he has more control.

One day...I betting when the rght job comes along.

Parcells isn't in Miami long term. He is there to fix things and move on. So I think Cowher might think about this one.

Cowher is too competative to sit in retirement for too long. He's back in 08 or 09. I think he'll jump at the 1st decent job that comes up. I wouldn't expect him to go for an Atlanta because they are in deep poo. We usually see 4-6 coaches kicked to the curb so we'll see.

His daughter is in her jr year now and is a real good basketball player. He missed the chances see her play and to be a dad while his kids were growing up so he's doing it now. She will grad next year he will be back then probably at Carolina where he lives now.

No big name coach like Cowher will work under parcells.. If cowher came back he would probably want a Belichick type setup with him in control with a GM that he picks to help out.

It would be a no win situation for Cowher.. If the team turns around Parcells gets the credit... If they fail Cowher gets the axe.. either way he would be seen as Parcells ho...

I think I might have a better shot at getting Cowher to coach my sons pop warner team at his own expense than the dolphins have of him coming there.

If Cowher comes back it will be for a winning team, he is most likely not interested in a rebuilding job.

But what I am hoping for is that if Dungy retires after this year, there always seems to be rumors he will, that the Colts give the chin a call.

Me either, Manning set all his records in a dome, thats a hell of a lot more easy then dealing with the elements wind and weather. How many TD's has he thrown at home in the rain while throwing a wet ball? Thats what I thought.

no half were inside not ALLLLL his records were in a dome.. duh

04DarkShadowGT said:
No of course its not equal, Brady has 1 more TD pass. It just took him 1 more game to get it. Thats all.

Brady holds the record, no one can argue about that. But you arguing Manning wanted to sit out because he thought no one would ever beat his record is comical.

Half of what you say is absolutely ludicrous and has no basis in fact. You always claim Manning is so arrogant and such a bad guy, but you have no idea what you are talking about. Manning has personally donated millions to the community and financed a childrens hospital in Indy. He is a great person who believe it or not is actually pretty humble. If anyone is arrogant its Brady and Belichick, but I have no problem with that they have a right to be.

manning is a class act... stop making him out to be anything other..

Redline_351R said:
which means half were inside?

Wrong

They had 2 dome games all year, AT Inday and At Dallas. Rest were all played outside.

dude... do you comprehend???? come one, he's talking about manning.. You said ALL of his records were in a dome.. Half of them are road games mmmkay

Im not sure its Marvin Lewis who is screwing that up. Its more the knuckle head front office that drafts morons. The unfortunate thing is that Carson Palmer has the talent to be just like Manning and Brady, he is great but his talent is squandered by a horrible supporting cast other than recievers. All I know is iff the Bears had Carson Palmer they would be so scary.

Playoffs, Sat Jan 5, Skins at Hawks, Jags at Steelers

The Saturday Playoff discussion.

Once the games are over this will be married into the big thread. I figured it would be easier to keep up with game discussions here.

The Skins can't get any offense going. Needs to change or the Redskins D is going to get tired. And what is up with the Seahawks chartreuse shoes? Buncha faries.

I hope the Steelers can win but the Jags will be tough.
