Maybe typically fight for it. But they are far from typically winning it. Since 1994 Pittsburgh has won 8 of 14 Divisional titles. So the other teams COMBINED over that span only won 6 of 14.

There are 3 undefeated teams in the AFC I will bet with anyone that the third one beats the other to when they play.

Ok what team is the biggest disapointment so far this year

The 0-3 Saints or the 1-2 Chargers.

I am going to go with this guys team

The chargers were supposed to be the team to beat and all we heard about was how great they are, and how LT is the classest star of all time ( LOL yeah ok) Now it's the big two ( indy and new england) BTW for a fun read go check out the chargers forums and read all the smack they were talking over there.

I would agree. I never saw the saints as the team that would come out as they where last year. Three weeks into the season and the chargers already have more losses then they did all last season. Why are they struggling so hard? Id have to say its from the loss of a head coach, offensive coach and defensive coach. Thats a big hit to take and to expect your team to come out firing on all cylinders. By mid season they may be a team to be reckoned with but as of now they are dismal on both sides of the ball. They have the talent but something is seriously lacking.

Good luck beating New England in New England in December. Pittsburg has beaten Buffalo, Cleveland, and San Fransisco. Lets hold off putting them up with NE or Indy just yet.

Its hard to tell just how good the Patriots are or are not right now. Buffalo is nothing to brag about as far as beating them. The Jets always play NE tough but not so much on week #1 and are the Patriots just that good to bury San Diego or do they suck that bad? Hard to say now that Green Bay has beaten them but exactly how good is Green Bay?

Good thing we have 16 weeks to sort this all out

Saints will be 10-6...and make the play-offs. If you are a betting man bet against me. You will win.

Because the Jets, Bills, and Chargers are that much better?

Or maybe a team that had a tough time with the Titans and the Texans?

The bills suck. But the Jets and the chargers were playoff teams last year. In fact the Chargers were considered a favorite to win the superbowl up until two weeks ago.

This is the order I put the top 5 in right now.

1. Colts ( until they loose you have to keep the SB champs at the top, sure they are not blowing people out but NE did not blow teams out either when they won 3-4 superbowls)

1a. Pats ( they look unstopable but untill they beat indy head to head or indy looses they are 1a )

3. steelers ( they have played nobody but this early in the season it's hard to tell who the quality teams are)

4. Dallas ( weak defense will kill this team)

5. Green bay ( probably will not be here in a few weeks but they are 3-0 and beat the paper champion San Deigo)

BTW I like your Sig pic but the only ring that matters is the one in the middle, the other rings are from the last century and I don't think any of the players that earned those four rings are suiting up to play next sunday

I was more thinking in the past 4 years or so where its been more of a rivarly. Before that, the Bengals weren't even a contending team for a good waterboy.

The Browns were always the Steeler's "rivalry" team, although the browns always suck....so lately it's seemed more like the Ravens are the new rivalry team. And, well, they're essentially the Browns anyway.

Ok I will try. They are a NFC team with no defense but a good offense... so they are the 2007 version of the saints moved a little further west.

Yes the teams the Colts beat are better than those the Steelers have beaten especially when you consider that two of the teams only loss was to Indy.

You may want to think about talking about the strenght of others schedule before you start in on it. I agree on the Pats to some extent but its hard to score 38 on anyone let alone 3 teams in a row.

Overall record of Patriot opponents - 2 - 7 (two 1 - 2 teams and 1 0 - 3 team)

Overall record of steeler opponents - 3 - 6 (two 1 - 2 teams and 1 2 - 1 team)

Overall record of Colt opponents - 4 - 5 (two 2 - 1 teams and 1 0 - 3 team)

Sorry my friend, the Titans, Texans, and Jaguars are all 2-1. Right now that is the best division in football and the Colts are 2-0 on the road in that division.

You got a point, so far the only tested team going by 07 standings is the Colts. These things change as the season shakes out. But I think at least two of the three teams the colts beat will have a winning record at the end of the year.

Of the patriots opponents only the chargers I can say with 100 percent confidence will be better than 8-8.. I think they are a good team but the beating the pats gave them devastated them and rocked that teams confidence BADLY maybe even ruined that team for the year. You have to remember The patriot game was the game they all waited for in SD, the fans and the players were talking about revenge and they got bitch smacked.

The Jets were a playoff team last but I don't think that team is even 8-8 this year and the bills are just sad.

as for the steelers.

Bills as I just said SUCK this team might not win a game.. I did not see the steelers play them but watching the pats put up 30 plus unanswered points, score at will and then call off the dogs was SAD.. the pats could have put up another 21 points on them if they wanted too. In fact brady was pulled with 8 minutes left in the game and the pats ran the ball on 4th and 7 in the red zone and made no effort to run the score up.

I bet the steelers could have done the same to that team, they suck that bad.

Browns SUCK... If cinci had any sort of a defense they would be right there with the bills

and the niners have no offense what so ever.

I wasn't saying so much about Dallas, but they aren't bad. Really it's Romo.
If I am John Madden, Romo is Brett Favre. Something is wrong with me.

Romo has played well for a young QB but there is still a lot he has not seen yet. Dallas VS New England week 6. We'll see how good Romo is against an experienced defense with a head coach who is a genius when it comes to wrecking havoc on young QB's
