Wow, REALLY close. Nice prediction! Glad you won your $10!

On a side note. The Steelers sucked it up this week. Might be good for them though. I don't think they needed the distraction of the undefeated stuff. They usually play great when they are the underdog and have something to prove. Hopefully this will be a good thing for them and at least it wasn't a divisional game.

Great game for the Patriots as they move to 4-0. Another great display of offense and defense.

1. Patriots go to 4-0

2. I win my $10 bet by the Patriots winning by more then 10.5 points

3. I go 4-0 for my fantasy leauge

Lets hold off on giving the Patriots the 16 - 0 and SB win already. Its week 4 and they havent played anyone with a winning record. While I agree they are an awesome team, they havent played anyone to prove it. We will see how they do against Dallas in Dallas in two weeks. They should win but at least they will be tested.

NY Jets 1 - 3
San Diego 1 - 3
Buffalo 0 - 4
Cincinnati 1 - 3

Those teams are ranked 28, 25, 32, and 30 in overall defense.

Who has Dallas beaten? Oh the 0-4 Rams, 0-4 Miami and the 1-3 Bears ? Who have the Colts beaten? Denver and the Titans by 2 points and the 0-3 saints?

No ones beaten any power house teams yet so before you jump on the patriots look around the league and see the other crap teams the 4-0 teams have beat. Im not throwing the Packers in there b/c their run will only go as far as their non existent running game takes them. Shows to you how bad then NFC is when you can have a 4-0 team with no running game.

What a crappy game for the Bengals!

But its not like the Patriots are a surprising team or anything. So I'd guess they did know what they had coming to them....just couldn't stop it.

Damn defense is torn to pieces. I've never seen a team with so many injuries. The Bengals drop 2-3 players a game. I don't get it.

while i agree with redline that most of the undefeated teams have not played any good teams, but who's to blame if the other teams suck

week 5 : Dallas @ Buffalo

week 6 : New England @ Dallas

Granted you still have to beat those teams, any team can beat any other team if they are not prepared. The so called power house teams should be blowing lesser teams out which is what is happening most of the time, granted the so called "Power house" colts only beat the texans by 7 and the Titans by 2

Im kind of confused on one thing, how are the Steelers going to wax the patriots on week #14 when they got stomped by Arizona this past sunday

The Colts have only played 1 team with a losing record, the patriots havent played any that dont have a losing record. The Colts by records play in the hardest division in football and are 2 - 0 with both wins on the road. The Patriots by record play in the weakest division in football.

Btw those Titans the colts only beat by 2 was to a team that other than the Colts beating them would be undefeated and it was a road game.

I am not trying to take anything away from New England they are an awesome team, but ESPN, the media, the fans, and everyone are giving them 16-0 and the SB already. All I was saying they beat 4 awful teams with a combined 3 wins all 4 of which are 25 or higher in total defense.

Btw the total defense of the teams the Colts have played..........

New Orleans - 26
Tenneseee - 9
Houston - 14
Denver - 6

Id say that is much better than 28, 25, 30, and 32 wouldnt you.

The Bengals are certainly not looking as good this year as they did last year. Not sure what happened there.

Just a few more tid bits I found.

Total Offense of teams NE played

NY Jets - 28
Chargers - 26
Buffalo - 31
Cincinatti - 6

Total offsense of teams Indy played

New Orleans - 25
Tennesee - 22
Houston - 16
Denver - 5

So not only were the defenses for the teams Indy played better, the offenses of those teams are better as well.

Imo an 18 point win over Denver who is ranked 6 in Defense and 5 in offense is much more telling than a 21 point win against Cincinnati.

The North East used to be the hardest/closest division, its not New England's fault that the Bills, Dolphins and Jets suck this year. The Jets and Miami have given the patriots a run for their money in each of the years the won the Superbowl. The Colts division used to be laughable as well. Only stating the fact that teams go up and teams go down, divisions go up and divisions go down. If you have one great team in an otherwise crappy division that's just the way it is.

Im not disagreeing with you, Even Steve Young said last night that the Patriots and Colts might as well just be chalked up into the Conference championship and the winner gets the Superbowl. Im not thinking 16-0 or Super Bowl yet. Its week by week, Browns are next, and then am looking forward to Dallas

Texans were pretty tough last year against the Colts. I wouldn't call them pushovers.

They are a division team, they play eachother twice a year thats why those division games are alwyas tough. Example.... Few years ago Miami was one of the worse teams in the league and still beat the Patriots in the second meeting even though the Patriots went on to win the Superbowl. Suck teams, and suck teams that play you twice a year every year are two different things.

Not that the Texans suck they are an up and coming team, they just happen to know the colts well.

that's what I am saying. Beating Houston even if it was by 7, is one up on last year.
