Giants have played 3 teams with a winning record this season. They lost to two of them. Everyone else they have beat have been teams below .500.

Patriots have not played top echelon teams either but they are blowing everyone out like a good team should be when they play a crap team.

Here is the night Indy takes loss #1 for the season. Manning looked very frustrated after that first series, hes probably going to go cry now.

Well in all fairness, the giants beat the Falcons and Miami pretty good no? I mean i couldn't call it a "blow out" but it was a decent margin.

Just trying to look at the positives I'm happy the Defense has showed up. The first 2 games they were non existant, now they are a sack machine!!!

Apparently he hasnt heard of the AFC South.

5 - 0 Indy (#1 or #2 in the NFL)
4 - 1 Jacksonville (Imo #3 or #4 in the NFL)
4 - 2 Tennesee
3 - 4 Houston.

Any team from the NFC East would be fighting for the 3rd spot in the AFC South.

I don't know about that.. The colts seem to be pounding the Jags with no problem. Peyton doesn't look like he's playing "amazing" either. He's just having a decent night. I think the jags are a tad overhyped.

Yeah ok. Jacksonville was ranked #1 in the leauge giving up 11 points per game. Indy scored 17 in the first half.

I guess maybe Dallas would give them a challenge but thats about it. Dallas already showed against the top of the AFC they arent even close. Heck they darn near lost and should have to a 2 win Buffalo.

If thats the best you got, sorry Id take Jacksonville and maybe even Tennessee.

The fact that the Jags starting QB had to leave the game and the back up is a douche bag had a lot to do with it. It was a game until Garrard went out hurt, then the colts were like a run away freight train. That back up for Jacksonville is horrible

Just as redline said, Gararrd getting hurt was a big problem to the Jags offense. The backup had too many turnovers and a saftey.

But with that being said, if every team is healthy the best team in the NFC would probably be the 4th or 5th best team in the AFC.

^ I never said that the NFC had better teams?? I realize the AFC is teh powerful this (and the past couple of years) year.

That being said, like gt40_2003wes said, ANY team can beat ANY team any given day. So an NFC team "could" beat an AFC team in the superbowl. not very likely but it could happen

That being said, if Brady or Manning goe down you may see the same train wreck happen to our teams. Lets face it our 2nd string QB's are not going to be able to carry the pace that we normally see. Now I dont want to see either man hurt but I know that if they go out the quality of the game will go down. Other teams have sound 2nd string QB's and although ours our competent and well practiced, both teams will have to count on the run to do anything.

Jim Sorgi, he was descent at Wiscons, but funny enough he was a 6th round pick like Brady, but not quite as good

As much as I really think Manning is a better QB, Brady in the 6th round has to be the biggest steal of all time.

I never realized Brady was a 6th round pick! What year was he drafted! Those lucky bastages!

Brady, Manning.....both excellent....but different styles and hard to compare for me. They both seem to have a winning style though. Love to watch the two Teams play each other.
