Few days before the "big game" but I'll give my reasons for why the Patriots will be 9-0 at the end of the game.

The Indy team is viturally the same team they played last season, not to much has really changed upon that aspect.

Harrison was not playing during last years AFC Championship, Seau was out with his broken arm. Welker, Stallworth, Moss, Thomas, where not part of the team. The Colts did not have to deal with Thomas for last seasons games or the AFC Championship. The colts defense did not have to concern itself with Wes Welker, Dante Stallworth or Randy Moss. Have the colts ever had to cover Randy Moss at any point in time? I just think its to much additional talent for the colts to be able to over come. The Patriots have proven they can hang with what the colts have with losing by 4 points in last years AFC game after being up 21-6 at the half, but this is far from last years Patriots team on all aspects.

Ben Watson was also active for practice, he looks good to go on Sunday. Watson, Moss, Welker, Stallworth you cant cover them all at once and all of them in their own rights would draw double coverage, problem is you cant double cover all of them. Pick your poison.

Patriots walk away 9-0 with a 41-17 victory.

Imo the Pats D is no better than last year. They have given up a good bit of points to the good teams they have played. I will give you the offense is awesome, but come on the Colts have scored 38, 27, and 40 on the pats the last three games. It wont suprise me if NE wins, but this game will tell you everything about each team. But the bad thing is Harrison is doubful for the game so that is a huge loss for Indy.

IMO the defense has been slacking b/c the offense was putting up so many points. The defense always had to bail them out before now they dont need to. They played the 5th ranked defense in the NFL last week and shut them out until 3 mins left in the 4th quarter only allowing 7 points scored. The colts are ranked 4the best defense.

I'll go at this from a third party.

Pats- MUCH improved since last year. Randy Moss alone is enough to improve a team when he tries. They are in a rythem and look great. None of their games have been close. The down side I believe is that they havent been in a tight game yet this year. Also they have played one quality team in Dallas although if Dallas was in the AFC their record may not be as impressive. NE is in a division that is HORRIBLE.

Colts- Yes, they are pretty much the same team as last year. A team that won the Super Bowl. Their D is improved not with players but the players have improved. They have played a tougher schedule than NE but you can only play who's on your schedule. The down side to them is that Harrison is a bit banged up right now and has not practiced all week.

All and all this is pretty even so far. take out the records and points scored by both teams and its still a great game. I can't wait.

Go Steelers!

The redskins offense sucks other than Portis, so holding them to 7 points isnt that impressive imo.

They gave up 17 to Cleveland, 27 to Dallas, and 28 to Miami. You were lucky enough to get San Diego early when the whole team was in flux, they really havent got it together until the last couple weeks. And contrary to your NE brother that isnt due to them being so sad about the NE loss

As I said before I am not saying NE isnt great and I wont be suprised if they win, but everyone is underestimating the Colts saying they have no shot. But If you really look at it they are very even teams all across the board.

NE has more pass yards
Indy has more rush yards
NE scores more points per game
Indy gives up less points per game

Both offenses are great, both defenses are good.

On their way to 3 superbowls they have a lot of close tight games and many of those players are still with them now, its not like they forgot how to play when it comes down to it.

Vegas has the undefeated Super Bowl champions at home down by 5 1/2 points.

So what does racking up 52 points on the 5th best defense say?

Everyone except Bill Belichick and the entire Patriots team.

what part of Randy Moss's 10+ TD's this season shows him as a cry baby? You dont think anyone has gotten physical with him yet after 8 weeks of football considering he's a TD Machine? You dont think anyone gets physical with him when hes draws double coverage? This is not the Randy Moss from Oakland.

Belichick hates the press thats well known. He's very impersonal with the media b/c he chooses to be. He is in no way like that around his players as we see him in post game press conferences. Hes always disliked the media and always did even before the spygate scandal. I dont think hes arrogant, hes just short and direct to the point, no one is required to be happy and open and to hug the press. When you watch film from him in practice and side line clips hes much much different then sitting in that chair during a press conference

I dont know, you havent played Tennesee. If its Washington you are refering to, they are 12th by yards and 16th by points.

Redskins are 6th in the NFC and 12th over all, Id expect them to drop after a 52 point beating the week prior. Im only going on what everyone was saying on TV and the radio, Patriots offense VS the 5th ranked defense.

Oakland and Minnesota never talked as highly of him as they are in New England. Look at the dub QB's he's had to play with in the past, if you had all that talent would't you want out as well?

There will be a point when New England wont be the power house they are now, the thing is will moss still be with them when that time comes or will he have bowed out of the NFL by then? He's been around for a long time but my point Im trying to make is that I guarantee 100% that if things went bad for the Patriots we still would not see the Moss of old.

Believe it if you want, I dont.

Did moss ever stand at the end zone egging on his players as they came out onto the field for practice before the start of the game with any other team?

No, but I saw hit happen last week VS Washington.

He played with Chris Carter who kept his whiney ass in line. Trust me. the guy quits when it gets rough. When Minnesota was good, he was fine. When things went south, he quit. Was traded to Oakland, and never cared. Thats selfish. Instead of being the building block, he said publicly he doesn't try all the time. I hope he never does go that way cause he is a great talent. best PUSH OFF reciever since Mike Irvan

That is the most retarted thing ever. In his entire career how could you say he NEVER egged his players as they came out on the field to practice before the start of a game? were you there for all the starts to all his games? NO you weren't. YOU DO NOT KNOW if he had that chemistry at one point or another with any of his past teams. He could have had the same thing with both other pro teams he played for. Because you went to ONE game and saw that means nothing. period.
