mods in signature.. i got a set of brand new E7's straight from thumper in a package deal i bought.. didn't buy them from him, bought them with tons of other junk.. anyway.. i threw them on my motor about 50 miles ago with everything else to go with it and it changed the car alot.. wondering what kind of power these heads are capable on a stock bottom end that is still good, with no power adder.. the mustang feel's incredibly strong for just E7's..

(btw this is compared to our cam'd LT1 Z28 6spd)

30-40hp gain is possible

i'm dumb. What are thumpers?

http://www.thumperoforangepark.com/

I got a 40 rwhp gain with all of my mods (1.7RR, TFS intake, 65mm TB, Thumpers"

I want to put it back on the dyno and actually get an air fuel reading. I think it runs alittle rich now at 40psi. I also want to convert to mass air. I think I could get alittle more power and better driveability out of it. Last time I dynoed I had a mechanical fan, now I have an electric fan.

Well... I thought about this for a while. Of course there's no quantifyable answer considering the sheer number of potential variables from the differences in one combination vs. another (something I've tried beating into your skull for months now). So... hmmmmmm... how can one explain "potential" so that ChevyEater will understand...

Then it hit me!

There are LOTS of heads I've left out (of course) but you should be able to get the gist of it.
Any questions? :D
