First of all man its small stuff first. Don't get worked up about it till you solve the mall stuff. Like begin from the start line in your head is ther anything you can do better while you on the track. My first main thought would be work on that 60'. The 2.0-2.1 should be street tires. On DR's it should be 1.7-1.9 some guys cut awesome 60's on dr's. Heck the unofficial record is 7.98 1/4 on dr's by Dwayne "Big Daddy" Gutridge. Well while most of us can only dream of running that its an exampe of just how good you can hook on dr's.

Something I tell most people, and it goes in one ear and out the other:

Beef up the rear and run a real tire. Yes, Nittos can get the job done, but a tire that is more race oriented will do it much better, easier, and faster.

There are prices you've got to pay when you use sticky tires though, and unfortunately, I know from first hand experience. You will need aftermarket axles, no if's and's or but's. A freshened posi, or an aftermarket one should also be in order, however, it's not a necessity.

Some may come in here and say they've run slicks with no problems on stock axles. They've been very lucky.
