After 2 years of enjoying my car with the PI headswap, and saving my money, I have finally begun the motor build I always wanted. It will be a 5.0 stroker, teksid block, forged rotating assembly, 2V PI ported heads, blower cams, finished with a KB 2.1. I already have the TKO600 transmission, stage 3 clutch and flywheel assembly in the shop. I am doing it bc I figure you only live once, and I got a clean bill of health from my doctor that I have made it through my cancer scare. As it goes I will probably post some pics, and may have some questions for everyone. I figure that it should put out 450-475 rwhp, or maybe more depending on boost, tune, etc.

Good to hear you got a clean bill of health. Congrats on that. I can't wait to hear what you do with the motor. Let us know your combinations and progress.

Thanks guys. I'll take pics as it goes. The block is at the shop for machine work right now. Next weekend I'll get busy pulling the car apart and hopefully have the motor out. Since the car is not a DD I'm going to take my time and look over everything.
