Thermostat Question,

A while back some one mentioned that when you replace the stat, if you want to get one other than a stock replacement you have to tell the parts store it's for an older model t-bird??
Can't find, I tried searching.

Try Mustangs Unlimited or Steeda I'm pretty sure that they carry thermostats for newer stangs

no just tell them you need a t-stat for your mustang and you want a 180* one.

no its not, ask them for one for a 1999 up Lightning.

Interesting. I have NEVER heard that. I thought all ford stye T-stats were pretty much the same (except for temp maybe).

Been a mod for awhile now in the NE forums. Been Modding in the 4.6 for about a month now too.

I know. I think thats why I am getting called out. I don't really care. It got REAL ugly in the "ode to the LS1" thread last night. You won't be seeing 00warlockGT around anymore.
