Things to do while the transmission is out?

I am putting a new clutch, throw out bearing, pilot bearing. Is there anything else I should replace while the transmission is out?

I hope you are flushing and refilling your transmission fluid
while your transmission is out of the car?
Royal Purple is some good stuff to use.

Rear main seal?? What about your U-joints, are they in good shape??

I'm a big proponent of not having to do things twice, or more.. I'm also a psycho when it comes to preventative maintenance..

Rear main seal is a good idea, its like a $10 part and a lot labor if you have to do it again in the future.
