But seriously... any chance that it might buff out? Thankfully it was my own stupidity however I'll be the one paying out of pocket to get it fixed.

yup, I dont see any scratches into the paint (of corse I cant really tell from a photo anyways) but go get yourself a buffer and some cleaning/cutting compound and some buffing compound and give her a go!looks to me as if it will buff right out.![]()
Seriously as long as thats not primer and just white or grey paint from the victim it should buff wright out if not theres always some 80 grit sandpaper available
J/K hope it buffs out for yaThe victim was a concrete wall.BUMMER .... Hard to tell from the pic but maybe with a little photo shop it should come wright outSeriously as long as thats not primer and just white or grey paint from the victim it should buff wright out if not theres always some 80 grit sandpaper available

Took a turn too wide, thought I had the room, heard a scrape but it sounded like metal from the rim scraping a curb so I didn't think much of it since I still have the stockers on. Oops.
It was concrete so it might not be abrasive enough to go too deep. I had eventually planned on getting a new front anyway. After sitting long and hard I decided that I should just stick with what I have. It would be nice to have more power and what not and I can still get it with this car, however I have a habit of always wanting something bigger and better even when I still have something nice. I am gonna keep this car and whatever happens, happens. I have a woman in my life who is pretty supportive of me so who knows? If it was a brick wall then the odds are a against you. Paint to paint you had a chance but I think the brick wall might of won . I hope you get lucky though and the wall was painted and not so abrasive.
I am not 100% sure. I think it might just be brick wall. If not, then BAH. I had my eyes on getting a Roush S3 front for the car though, with a Steeda Q400 hood. I guess this gives me the motivation to save up for them, haha.is that primer showing or is it brick wall?

I have no experience with buffing so I am afraid I would mess it up. My bumper is made of urethane though, as I learned when putting on my chin spoiler so either way it can be filled or what not if needed. Hell, within a couple months I could have it replaced and painted but I really need to dump the money into my camera fund.I would start with the lightest stuff first. just a good scrubbing then a cleaner wax, then polish, then swirl mark remover, then a buffing compound, then a rubbing compound, etc.
you could probably lighten up the minor scuffs until you can slap on some new fiberglass.
If you were closer to me, I would let you come over and buff it out. I have a bottle of every meguirs product available to me (not sure why).

. Besides, you can always blame it ricers in some way shape or form. But what if they want a ride afterwards and they find out my car is SLOW?Meh, leave it. Chicks dig scars. Besides, you can always blame it ricers in some way shape or form.
