The victim was a concrete wall. Took a turn too wide, thought I had the room, heard a scrape but it sounded like metal from the rim scraping a curb so I didn't think much of it since I still have the stockers on. Oops.

If it was a brick wall then the odds are a against you. Paint to paint you had a chance but I think the brick wall might of won . I hope you get lucky though and the wall was painted and not so abrasive.
It was concrete so it might not be abrasive enough to go too deep. I had eventually planned on getting a new front anyway. After sitting long and hard I decided that I should just stick with what I have. It would be nice to have more power and what not and I can still get it with this car, however I have a habit of always wanting something bigger and better even when I still have something nice. I am gonna keep this car and whatever happens, happens. I have a woman in my life who is pretty supportive of me so who knows?

I would start with the lightest stuff first. just a good scrubbing then a cleaner wax, then polish, then swirl mark remover, then a buffing compound, then a rubbing compound, etc.

you could probably lighten up the minor scuffs until you can slap on some new fiberglass.

If you were closer to me, I would let you come over and buff it out. I have a bottle of every meguirs product available to me (not sure why).

I have no experience with buffing so I am afraid I would mess it up. My bumper is made of urethane though, as I learned when putting on my chin spoiler so either way it can be filled or what not if needed. Hell, within a couple months I could have it replaced and painted but I really need to dump the money into my camera fund. :D

Well, the fix for that is more expensive than a new bumper/paint. But if it looks prettier, they are more than likely gonna want to for a ride.... but the majority of them out there care about looking good in the car rather than going fast, lol.

:owned: just looks like a little paint transfer nothing big, but at the worst maybe a couple of light scratches under the paint transfer. probably not worth spending $350 to have the bumper taken off and painted.
