so ive been thinking and one of my future plans if i can come up with enough money working during college is to get a brand new rear end. ive been thinking about it and have come to the question if its possible and/or even practical to upgrade the 8.8 to a 9" rear end. i know the 9" are for racing and such but if i am planing on beefing everything up...why not?

lmk some input...remember this is just a possibility im not actually going to do it...yet

An 8.8 can be made plenty strong for about the cost of upgrading to a 9". Plus 8.8 mods are direct 100% bolt ins

the only reason why i would consider a 9" is because i am pretty much set on buying a crate rear end from currie
