Well I really like the looks of the 99+ stangs and really do not like my body style anymore.

I just recently purchased a Vortech and am going to install it when I get out of school for the summer.

But...Im thinking of going in and trading in my 97GT on like a 99+ GT and just getting the bracket I need to put the vortech on the new one. I guess I have PI envy and also love the looks of the 99-04s as well.

I am also going to try to sell my car outright and see if I can get like 8gs for it.

Do you guys think I should join all you 99-04s? The only thing that is holding me back is that I have the nice rear end in my car which will handle some power.

you could sell the car for 8k, sell the supercharger for a few grand, and then buy my car.

yeah im gonna start lookin around at some stangs and see if I can get a good price.

I can put my clarion tv, vortech supercharger, and saleen rims on the 99+ with some springs and look good to start off...and make some decent power.

I really want a trueblue one as well.

Well seein' as you don't like your body style anymore, it makes sense to me to trade up to the new body style. Just move over the aftermarket wheels/tires and your good to go.

Go for it, excspecially if you already have a blower for it you will love it! True Blue is they way to go, wish I had held out for that color.

Don't forget to swap that intake out if you do trade it in...those are in demand!

PI swap!

I kinda like the rounded looks of the 96-98 cars. Had i known more about the PI swap back then i would have bought a low milage '98GT and PI swapped it. Cheaper car, same HP as 99+.

The higher compression might hurt for the blower though.

But then again i love my '03.

I got a $2000 intake manifold that will not work with the PI swap or it would have already been done.

Also how much do you guys think I could get for the FRPP manifold?

I have to agree, that was the biggest decision for me when searching for a car. It was down to a 96 with low miles or a 99 with higher miles and I went for the 99 just because of pure looks...and the extra hp was a +.

I hate to admit it, but one of the main reasons i chose to buy an 01+ Mustang was because i liked the 6-disk radio better than the separate din setup on the 94-00 Mustangs
