I can try that but it's a very common complaint on LMR site that their house brand door seals are too thick (or not forgiving enough) to allow the doors to close all the way without slamming it really hard. I had to adjust the door striker so I didn't have to slam the door but now my door doesn't close flush to the rear quarter panel which annoys me.Do the door seals you have got air holes in them? If not try drilling some in the outer rubber.
just thinking out loud again.
LMR sells a Ford reproduction version that people say fit like OEM. I bought a set but they're still sitting in the box.Damn that sucks about the job man. Also sucks that i have these lmr door seals sitting in the garage for a bit now and now I don’t really want to pull the originals off and use these if they are crap.
