'Packs or Stingers

...Or Stingers. I've got Dynomax Race Bullets now, and I want some new chit. I dont think Borla makes the Stinger cat-back for the '98, so I was thinkin about getting the flow tubes, stingers, 3" pipes and just welding it all up..Input? Sound quality on the two? I've checked mustangexuast.com but there quality is crap. Clips of either 'packs or stingers would be appreciated.

i have the packs, but i'd honestly say get the stingers after listening to my bro's mach with the stinger catback. its more of a loud deep crisp rumble than the packs ripping/crackly rumble.

packs sound a lot like the stingers, but just raspier. they are both about the same volume but the stingers dont crackle quite as much as the packs do.

I have the Magapacks and love the sound but wish I would have gotten the Magaflows since I think they'd be too loud with an aftermarket mid-pipe. I'm not one to announce my presense a mile before I get there.

'Packs with an aftermarket X-pipe is a must. The sound is incredible. I've converted afew other Mach owners I know over to the 'Packs and X-pipe because they thought it sounded so kick ass. Those stock Cats are too restrictive. I'd compare it to running 5 miles and only breathing through your nose the whole time.
