What I wanted to see is a '94-'95 specific mustang apperance website. Categories would be split up by wheels, different style bumper side skirts, paint schemes, and just all around cool stuff. Tons of pics and ideas for everyone. Appearance tips, etc... Maybee i'll have to eventually do it one day, lol.

That idea did cross our mind and as awesome as it sounded we just felt it would be to limiting on how many members we could get. Even though stang-tech is an all mustang forum your head moderator there (Nik) is very much a 94-95 guy so you know 94-95 guys will have it good there. The 94/95 specific forum is there for you to post anything tech/talk/pics related to your stang. So feel free to express yourself in there. Have fun and hope to see you there.

Anyone who is willing to rep STANG-TECH.COM in your sig it would be greatly appreciated. In fact it would bring tears to my eyes I would be so thrilled(getting misty). We maybe only have one member with it in their sig and we just really wanna get the word out. Thank you

Thats just like asking how many cars do we really need? People like choice and selection and not everyone likes the same thing or they like more than one thing. Besides the post was directed to the people that have signed up on stang-tech already, and to those that have I am greatful for their support.

WHy doesn't someone just buy a domain and sevrer space then setup an open source cms like e107. That's what I did with my site. The cms has a forum built into it and can incorporate an e-commerce system and everything, it's pretty nice (and free, hence the "open source") I installed coppermine image gallery as well with mine. All you gotta do is learn some php, xhtml and css. Miine runs like $7/month

EDIT: Hah, i didn't even see that stang-tech link. Still, you need an articles/reviews section.

I use BlueHost.com they have great service. But I think you would have to upgrade the service to use a high traffic site. What I have gets me 4gigs of space + 120gigs/mo. transfer and the domain is free.

Yeah I looked into bluehost and they are really good. I purchased some space from powweb to run a adserver and store images and crap like that on. I go thru relynet for my forum service because IMO they offer the fastest forum software out there and have top notch servers. If anything happens to my forum they take care of it so it looks good to the members. None of that crashing downtime crap.

Thanks White, appreciate the offer. If we can get more traffic and members coming in then I will be looking for more moderators.

If any of you get a chance please give stang-tech a vote on StangNets Top 100. Click here to vote
