I'm going to take off my wing, have the holes filled and get the trunk painted. I was thinking of taking the third brake light out, getting that filled in and painted with the trunk. What do you guys think?

It is illegal in ALL 50 states. It is a requirement on all new cars to have a functional 3rd brake light.
