This is a brain buster, but how do I change my taillight?

I can't figure out for the life of me how to change my bulb out

hey man. havent heard from you in a while. for the bulb there is like 4 nuts behind the light housing and you take those off. i believe they are 10MM

Just been busy with work and school and all that bs, I didn't realize there were four bolts
