Hahaha, what a waste of material! I wonder... Is it for a specific race car of some sort? I can't see anything this extravagant done for mass production, even for high performance aftermarket aluminum blocks.

I never really fully understood the W16 until i saw pics of the engine block without heads on it...those things are amazing.
