Ok I plan on putting a turbo on my 302
whats some other things that I would need for it?

Holy smokes. 160# injectors magnastar500 pump -16 fuel lines and some research.

you're welcome, i'd start with a stock 302 bottom end, make sure it has hyper pistons and the rare E7s (if you can find them)... then i'd get a 106mm turbo and flipped BBK shorties, don't worry about fuel or spark, just crank the boost to 35-40 lbs and let her rip man!

And don't forget to fill with 4 more quarts of oil on each oil change, as a 106mm turbo will actually eat oil from excessive boost - it'll get crazy.

What you need exactly depends on how much boost you're planning. At a minimum, you'll need new injectors, MAF, fuel pump, and a tune. At most, you could be looking at an entirely new drivetrain and engine management system, so your question is a bit vague, honestly. What are your goals?

figure it this way. It will be about $6000.00 for all that you need to put a "kit" on your car. Not even knowing what you have. A decent kit is about $4k +/-. From there you need maf, fuel pump, injectors if not included in kit. Exhaust possiably if needed for kit. A clutch to handle your new power. And the all important tune. WHich around here TX seems to be $600.00. 4 for the tune and 2 for the chip. And that is just what I think it will need to drive it around and not blow up right away. If you can fab , and tune for your self you can probably do it for half the cost. If not the skys the limit. Doesn't hurt to have a plan B for when your non turbo engine gives up a head gasket or cracks a block down the middle.

and im looking for a 5spd to put in it
im just trying to get all the stuff for it b4 i tear into it
