Please define "pc"....

There are other types of heater nipples. A walk through a junk yard will find many parts that will route the heater tubes and ECT in other directions.

That doesn't appear to be the factory 5.0 HO heater nipple?

Then maybe "pc" means computer?
This is starting to make sense.

With out the computer, I don't think you need the ECT.
Still you may find a heater/coolant nipple in a junk yard that doesn't have the threaded boss for the ECT?

Out of curiousity,
what are you doing for fuel pump and dist?
