Those With 99-01 Cobra Bumper, Question...

For those of you who put a 99-01 Cobra bumper on your GT, quick question. The bumper is at paint right now so I dont have it in front of me to look at, and I just got to thinking about the install. Does the Cobra bumper come with the 2 black brackets (like on the GT) to bolt it on to the car?

Or do I have to take the old brackets off my GT bumper and rivet them on to the Cobra bumper in order to re-attach it??

If so, what size rivets??

The brackets are riveted on from the factory. They are attached to all bumpers- mach cobra gt and base. It it doesnt have them, they were prolly ripped off cause maybe the car was a wreck? Hence the car being parted out.
