Clutchmasters Stage 3....as sold and reccomended by Astroperformance.com. DON'T TAKE THIS AS A BITCH SESSION ON ASTRO PERFORMANCE!!! Tony at Astro has been AWESOME and super helpful through this whole deal. I'm bummed yeah, but I don't blame them at all. I've heard of it before with the G-Force T5s....a few (VERY few) or them blowing a gear out. I guess I was one of them.

I saw a vid and have seen a gforce and all were very whiney in 1-3. I didnt want a eaton sound with my tranny and went TKO-500 been great so far, nice and quiet and smooth.

no vibes here, maybe a tiny bit at 80mph but i cant really feel much. Been happy with my purchase so far. I was pretty damn close to getting a G-force.

If you go the kit route you reuse your stock 5th gear.

whats the difference with (helical/synchronized) (helical cut/dog ring) and (straight cut/dog ring) ??? other than the visual difference..is shifting the same?? noise? strength??

helical is when the gears are curved, straight cut is well obviously straight lol, straight is much stronger but they whine. Not sure about the synchro/dog ring, I would only recommend a dog ring for the track, synchronized trannys are whats its in a normal manual tranny, makes the shifting smoother.
