Do the upgraded 130amp alts come with the upgraded wires/harness and cables? If you have to get thsoe seperatly i was just going to put the wires and harness on and wait till my stock alt dies and replace it witht he 130amp version

From www.paperformance.com you have to buy the kits seperately.

I got a 130 amp alternator from them and bought the "premium" wiring upgrade kit.

So whats your take on getting the premium wiring upgrade and waiting for the 75amp alt to fail, then buy the 130amp alt?

I would do them both at the same time. The wiring kit is a 4 ga power cable that mounts from the positive side of the starter solenoid to the output terminal on the 3G alt. The stock 2G does not have said output terminal. The output for the stock alt is handled by the 2 black/orange 10 ga wires that are part of the original wiring harness. The premium wiring kit is designed to replace these 2 factory wires.

Hope this helps!!

you seem like you have your electronics down good. I'm going to get the alt and wiring any brand/kit suggestions?
