Thoughts on Top End Kit

I have been looking into getting a h/c/i kit for my fox and i seen this one on ebay, also i live in indianapolis so i would be able to go to this guys shop and possibly get a better deal... do you see this kit producing 450 hp on my 306?
any pros or cons?
