I have a 99 GT. The only current mods on it right now is a Cold Air kit, Off-Road H-Pipe, American Thunder Cat-Back. The only other performance mods it will see is shorty headers, 3.73 gears, and possibly underdrive pulleys. I plan on installing the C&L plenum. My question is shoud I go wth a 70mm or 75mm throttle body? I know most of the people here have went with the 75mm but I was told by several people that it may be too much air and I cold run to lean. They advised me to go with the 70mm. Any input?

On Accufab's website, which is what I have, they show that even on a NA motor that the 75 makes more power than a 70. Not drastic as if you were adding a blower and a 75 of course, but still gains nontheless. However, as stated before the power band for a 75 on a NA motor will be different than a 70.
