You cant go wrong with a frpp tb.
fobra559, my BBK TB stuck a tiny bit. With a quick google search found out that it sticks because of a vacuum and one turn of the adjustment screw fixed it. But mine was not sticking on letting off the gas, it was sticking pushing down the gas.

If you have the stock plenum, did you have to have it ported a little to match the frpp tb?

The cause of the problem is that the BBK does not have any holes like the stock TB. You can read more on the site above.
As for the screw, its the idle set adjustment screw. I just tightened it so the butterfly did not shut quiet as much...very little adjustment needed maybe 1/3 of a turn. Work in small adjustments I started with like 1/8 of a turn and tried that for a day, and repeated until it stopped..took like 3 tries to get it right.

Not sure cause I got my C&L plenum before my frpp 70mm tb, so I never had
the frpp tb on the stock plenum. But the stock 65mm tb matched up to the C&L.
With the frpp tb you wont have any kind of idle problem or whistling noise.
The idle hanging up on decel is a different animal than sticking on accel. If you really want to step up, you can go with Accufab unit...no issues
