Throttle linkage doesn’t fit

Hey guys. I had an oil leak from my valve covers. I just replaced the gaskets and put new valve covers on while I was at it. I have a 93 cobra intake and the valve covers I used are the ford performance cobra valve covers from American muscles website. My throttle linkage hits the valve covers. Everything else clears. Any suggestions without using an intake spacer?

You could use longer bolts and sleeve them with spacers to pull the bracket away from the TB. This would bring over the sloping part of the VC .
I did that with some small diameter pipe to sleeve the longer bolts, but this was on a 393w build

I would guess if it's just a rub and all you needed was 1/4 or 3/8" to clear maybe you could slot the holes in the bracket, just don't put the ball socket on the tb in a bind. Be better if you could use a spacer on the intake though. I'd see if I had room for the spacer.
