You will need all the gaskets of course, and most likely if your install goes like mine and most others, you may need to get a few rubber hoses, vacuum trees to replace the ones you break accidently when removing the intake.
Be careful when removing the EGR attachment!! That tube that runs from the header to the EGR valve breaks very easily...I broke mine.
You may also want to get an extra tube of RTV silicone just in case and a new PCV valve. Outside of that, you should be good to go.
Oh yeah, a few of those plastic tips (pintles (sp?)) on the ends of the fuel injectors would be nice to have handy as well. They get broken sometimes too when removing them from the fuel rail. I broke one of mine and had to wait till the next day to finish the install cuz it was too late to go to the parts store.
