this is my third expericence with these ****ty throwout bearings.
When I aquired my cobra it had a minor squeek but nothing too bad i Finally got arround to doing it and found out some cheap clutch was installed.
So i went to summit and bought a ford racing clutch with a OEM ford stamped bearing. Well this piece of **** Is squealing louder than that cheap china bearing at only 1500 miles of use.
My friends cobra has just finally locked down. The entire bearing is locked up and it makes such a bad noise when u push the clutch in... Leaving the car basically undriveable.
Is there a quality aftermarket bearing that can be used? I saw a centerforce throwout bearing?
