OK, here's the specifics of my situation:

I thoroughly planned my mods to compliment one another, got a catback and off road prochamber. Plugged the rear o2 bungs because I will be getting a wideband a/f gauge soon for nitrous, I figured since I can totally delete the rear o2 sensors it would be very convenient to have the extra bungs to use when the time came to install the gauge.

I got the exhaust system installed, went in with the predator, selected the obd2 menu, instead of seeing all of the options that the manual states I only saw:

EGR Switch
OBDII MIL
OBDII Test

This would be fine under normal circumstances since most people just reinstall thier rear o2 sensors. Problem is, if you don't use them the computer will still read a heater malfunction!

I needed the following options that are STATED in the instuction manual:

O2 Sensor Config
Heater bank 1 downstream
Heater bank 2 downstream

They do not show up in ANY menu, I even loaded the tuner with the latest firmware, still the smae thing!

I called diablesport FIVE times today, waited on hold for over 40 minutes twice, never spoke to one person! Decided to email them, clicked on the tech support link under "contacts", that just took me to the crappy faq directory!

I have come to the conclusion that I will have to jack the car up again, remove the rear o2 bung plugs, solder extensions onto my stock rear o2 sensors and install them. Then I will have to weld a bung in for the wideband.

I am seriously frusterated with this company and thier customer service. Hopefully someone has a short term solution for me, in the future I will be going with SCT.

It's crazy how they can state a specific set of commands in thier instruction manual and the options are not even there to select in the tuner. I refuse to pay $200 for a "custom" tune through email just to totally delete the rear o2's from the system when they advertise this as one of thier biggest features!

Sorry about the rant.

Some of those options will show up on other vehicles. The manual is generic. Not all options apply. This is also true for the SCT Xcalibrator2 which has less of a user's manual. So don't expect to switch brands and everything will be pretty and perfect.

I don't think you can go without the rear O2 sensors unless:

1) You get a custom tune from a Diablosport tuner ($75-100 or more)
2) You get a custom tune from an SCT tuner ($379)
3) You get the PRP from SCT and do it all yourself (about $800)

I believe you can just cable tie the stock rear O2 sensor out of the way but leave it connected just so the EEC is happy. Then, plug your wideband O2 sensor in the bung for the stock rear sensor.

I can understand the frustration. I've run into roadblocks myself. Vent a little then keep digging. I suggest posting on ModularFords.com's Diablosport forum. As mentioned above, they are pretty good at responding.

Yeah, I emailed Chris and also apologised for the way I was reacting. I am knid of embarassed for flying off the handle like that, I don't like to come off that way because I am really not like that.

There are also problems with SCT as well. I don't know much about their customer service, but their support forum sucks big time. I can't get any questions answered. I'm starting to figure out things on my own. I'm trying to remain positve about SCT forum but itt's very hard. At this point and time it's hard for me to recommend SCT to anyone. Just like Propellerhead as stated don't expect everything to be perfect with the Xcal. We need more instruction about using the device and datalogging. The interface software doesn't always work and the drivers have to be consantly reinstalled. The Xcal will be a great tool if they get all the problems worked out. The problems seem to hit and miss. Some people aren't having any problem while others do. Sorry for the rant. Pearl02
