Well I have been looking for a supercharger and have narrowed it down to two. I have read plenty of posts and what not but still cannot decide. The choices are a Vortech T-Trim or a ATI Procharger D1. I love the sound of both and don't mind relocating the battery but I can't decide. Which would choose, why? Thanks for the help

The ATI has an intercooler, but I dont like the self contained blowers. I dunno, thats a tuff one. I'd go turbo.

When installed it would be on a 331 from CHP, but on the D1 it is the non self contained as on the silver mustang from www.thespeedfactory.com

Yes I have looked at the KB but from what I have heard it is a better set up for the street rather than the track. So far I am leaning towards the D1, any others have an opinion?!?

stock block?....your going to need a serious DE TUNE to keep it from splitting open. the T-trim is a serious blower, as id the D-1..how much power were u planning to make..becuz with some 42lbers..that combo alone can make over 600rwhp...which is just a little to much for the stocker or sportsman.

Well I haven't ordered the motor yet but I have heard that the R-block or a dart block(iron or aluminum) would be a wise choice with the blower I would like. Which would you reccomend?

dart or R302 block, doesnt matter...both cost 2000$ and need 800$ of machining. Id go turbo also..if your serious about power.

I have considered it but I'm a supercharger kind of guy. I have a couple of friends who have turbos on their cars and even though it may be equal or even better than a supercharger, I wouldn't want one on my stang. But thanks for the input, it still will more than likely be looked at again.
